Introducing Integration Hub: Secure API access to your compliance data, wherever you need it

Your team pulls incident reports, tracks open issues, and monitors risk trends inside Vera Suite every day, but the moment you need that same data in a company-wide dashboard, a leadership report, or another business system, you may have previously exported that data via spreadsheets. Not anymore.

That changes with Integration Hub, a new API that gives you secure, configurable access to your Environmental, Health, and Safety solution and Advertising, Sales, and F&I solution data from Vera Suite. Integration Hub's job is simple: deliver that incident and issue data to the systems you already use, like Power BI, Tableau, or your HR and ERP platforms.

Integration Hub gives you API access to your data, so it's never stuck in one place and your insights are where you need them.

What Integration Hub does

Think of Vera Suite as the source of your compliance data. Instead of logging in every time you need information, Integration Hub gives your other systems secure API access to retrieve that data automatically, based on how you configure it.

Today, that includes:

  • Incident data (examples include incident type, date, persona involved, severity, and status)
  • Issue data (examples include issue type, severity, issue owner, and issue status)
  • Build dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
  • Combine Vera Suite data with HR or other operational systems
  • Pass data to surface gaps and insights you can act on to improve compliance
  • Keep your reporting current without manual exports
  • Build a single dashboard that shows incident severity and status trends across every rooftop, without anyone logging into Vera Suite
  • Overlay issue data (like open PPE or training gaps) next to location-level operational metrics, to see where compliance risk and business performance intersect
  • Give the C-suite a recurring, automated report instead of a manual monthly export
  • Flag locations where incident or issue trends are worsening, before they turn into bigger risk, fines, or lawsuits

How our clients use the KPA Integration Hub

Think of it as a data pipeline, not a reporting tool. It doesn't build dashboards, generate reports, or run analyses, it securely passes your incident and issue data through an API. The dashboards, reports, and analysis all happen downstream, in whatever platform you connect it to. Common examples include:

  • Build dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
  • Combine Vera Suite data with HR or other operational systems
  • Pass data to surface gaps and insights you can act on to improve compliance
  • Keep your reporting current without manual exports

A use case: a dealership group connecting Vera Suite to Power BI

Here's what this looks like in practice for an enterprise dealership group running Vera Suite alongside Power BI.

Picture a multi-location auto dealership group. Every rooftop logs incidents and tracks open issues in Vera Suite: a fender-bender in the service bay, a slip-and-fall in the showroom, an open issue around missing PPE at one location. That's valuable data, but on its own it only tells you what happened at a single site.

Compliance directors want a company-wide view that shows incident trends across every location, side by side with other operational metrics the leadership team already tracks in Power BI, things like sales volume, staffing levels, or service bay throughput.

With Integration Hub, the dealership's IT team configures a secure connection using their token (client ID and secret provided by KPA), then sets up a scheduled pull of incident and issue data from Vera Suite into their existing Power BI instance. Integration Hub's part ends there, but from that point, the dealership's own team can:

  • Build a single dashboard that shows incident severity and status trends across every rooftop, without anyone logging into Vera Suite
  • Overlay issue data (like open PPE or training gaps) next to location-level operational metrics, to see where compliance risk and business performance intersect
  • Give the C-suite a recurring, automated report instead of a manual monthly export
  • Flag locations where incident or issue trends are worsening, before they turn into bigger risk, fines, or lawsuits

The result: the compliance team spends less time compiling data and more time acting on it, and leadership gets compliance insight in the same dashboard they already check every day.

Built for teams who need the full picture

Integration Hub is designed for compliance and IT directors, C-suite leaders, and owners who need to see risk trends across their entire organization, not just within Vera Suite. IT directors get a secure, configurable way to connect Vera Suite data without building a custom pipeline. Compliance directors get out of manual exports. C-suite and owners get compliance risk sitting next to the business metrics they already track.

It's part of KPA's broader approach to compliance to help you review your current state, build a complete plan, and stay on top of it continuously, with your data accessible wherever your team already works.
