Wayne Curtis

Wayne Curtis

Chief Executive Officer

Wayne Curtis brings more than two decades of compliance and risk management expertise across EHS, HR, Cybersecurity, and F&I. As CEO, he leads a nationwide team of 200+ professionals who complete over 30,000 site visits annually, deliver training to more than one million participants, and support clients through hundreds of complex regulatory events each year. Before KPA, Wayne led environmental and NEPA initiatives at Georgia Transmission Corporation. He holds a master's degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Georgia and is Six Sigma certified. 

Mark Oldemeyer

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Oldemeyer brings more than 25 years of financial leadership across software and technology companies. As CFO, he oversees KPA's financial strategy and operations. He has previously held CFO roles at SurePrep, Centrify Corporation, and PowerSchool, guiding organizations through significant growth, transformation, and acquisition. Mark began his career as a CPA at Deloitte and Touche. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Managerial Economics from UC Davis.

Chief Technology Officer

Scott Schell is a technology executive with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling software companies. As CTO, he leads KPA's engineering and product organization through its next phase of growth. Scott has held global CTO and executive roles at Flowhub, Convercent, LogRhythm, and Maptek. He holds a master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.

Chief Legal & Strategy Officer

Adam is a licensed attorney and nationally recognized compliance expert with over 26 years of legal experience. As the Chief Legal & Strategy Officer, he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, aligning legal and compliance objectives with business goals, and driving initiatives that help clients navigate complex regulatory environments while reducing risk. Adam is a frequent speaker on compliance and risk mitigation and has built a career developing strategic solutions that help organizations proactively avoid claims, fines, and lawsuits. Before joining KPA, Adam served as President and General Counsel at ComplyNet, a leading RegTech solution provider in the automotive industry. He holds a JD from Capital University Law School and a BA from Denison University.

Vice President of Human Resources

Deidra Mogan, SHRM-CP, leads KPA's human resources function with a focus on building a culture where employees can grow alongside the business. Under her leadership, KPA has significantly expanded its employee benefits program and strengthened internal communication and career development initiatives. Before KPA, Deidra spent a decade in HR within the telecommunications industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Cincinnati and her SHRM-CP certification. 

Amanda Rawls

Amanda Rawls

Vice President of Client Success

Amanda Rawls brings more than 20 years of environmental and safety consulting experience to her role leading client success at KPA. She has conducted over 1,900 on-site audits and authored more than 25 SPCC plans across industries, and currently manages relationships with large auto groups including Group 1 Automotive and Hendrick Automotive Group. Amanda is co-founder of KPA's Women's Empowerment Alliance, serves as Chairwoman of Dealer Education for the Texas RV Association, and is active in ASSP and WISE. She holds a master's degree in Environmental Management from TCU. 

Josh Koronich

Vice President of Sales

Josh Koronich leads KPA's sales organization, overseeing a team of account executives and sales development representatives dedicated to the automotive industry. With over a decade of automotive industry experience, Josh joined KPA through the acquisition of ComplyNet, where he served as Director of Sales. 

Caitlin Carlson

Caitlin Carlson

Director of Marketing

Caitlin Carlson is a seasoned marketer with over 22 years of experience leading marketing and demand-generation programs at B2B software companies and running her own successful marketing consultancy. She rejoined KPA after managing the demand generation team at Thought Industries, KPA, and Compli. She was also the owner of Carlson Sports Photography for over 10 years. Caitlin holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colorado College and a Digital Marketing Strategies Certificate from Portland State University.

EHS Compliance Manager

Zach Pucillo brings 17 years of environmental, health, and safety experience to his role as EHS Compliance Manager at KPA, where he researches and interprets existing and emerging regulations for general industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health and Safety from Indiana University and has been with KPA since 2006. Zach earned his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation in 2013 and his Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) designation in 2014. In 2022, he was recognized as Hazardous Materials Professional of the Year by the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals and named to the National Safety Council's Rising Stars of Safety class.

Mike Tanguay leads KPA's EHS field organization, managing a team of 120+ automotive compliance consultants nationwide with full P&L responsibility. He brings over 20 years of experience in the compliance industry and holds the Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) credential from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. Mike partners across sales, product, marketing, and client success to drive business development and translate regulatory expertise into scalable EHS solutions. His background spans the automotive industry, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, defense, and retail.

Russ Cole, SPHR, PHR-CA

Manager, HR Consulting Services

Russ Cole is a SHRM Certified Workplace Investigation Specialist with nearly eight years at KPA and over 20 years of HR experience. He holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and California-specific PHR-CA designations from HRCI. Russ specializes in FMLA and ADA compliance, FLSA wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, and California employment law. Prior to KPA, he spent nearly six years as an HR Business Partner at ADP, supporting clients across payroll, compliance, and HR best practices.

Aaron Hartshorn

National F&I Director

Aaron Hartshorn leads KPA's F&I compliance consulting operation, managing a team of 14 auditors across eight states. He brings extensive automotive industry experience across multiple roles, with a consistent focus on client retention and operational efficiency. Aaron transitioned into Sales and Finance compliance as a District Manager for automotive compliance consultants before taking on his current national leadership role at KPA.

Robert Ebin

Senior Manager, Legal Affairs

Robert Ebin joined KPA in 2019 and oversees the F&I Compliance Hotline, the California Advertising Review service, and the Transmission newsletter, while providing legal support to KPA's F&I consulting team. Before KPA, Robert was an associate at Manning, Leaver, Bruder & Berberich LLP, where he focused on dealership litigation defense involving dealer fraud, consumer protection statutes, and fair debt collection practices. He also contributed to the California New Car Dealers Association F&I Practices Manual, 6th Edition. Robert holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Stephany Birkholz, CHMM, REP

Regulatory Project Manager

Stephany Birkholz is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Registered Environmental Professional with nearly a decade of experience at KPA. Before joining KPA, she served as a Principal EHS Engineer at Northrop Grumman and spent nearly four years as a Florida Department of Environmental Protection specialist conducting hazardous waste inspections, surface water sampling, and industry outreach. Stephany specializes in VOC air monitoring, waste analysis, RCRA compliance, and respiratory protection programs and has spoken at national conferences, including the NSC Expo on environmental compliance best practices.
